How to Pack Media Mail
For a cost-efficient way to send books, printed music, computer media (CDs DVDs, etc) and video tapes, the United States Postal Service offers a Media Mail option. A less expensive alternative to priority and first-class mail, USPS media mail sends your media items within 7 to 14 days after processing, depending on the location of the recipient. To ensure your media arrives undamaged, packaging your item is an important task.

Tips & Warnings
Do not use masking or office tape to seal your box or envelope. The adhesive will not hold well during transport and may cause your media items to spill out during mailing.
