How to Store Baked Eggplant
Eggplants feature a vibrant purple color, a high water content and a mild flavor. They are ripe and ready to eat when their flesh gives slightly to the touch. - Heavy-duty plastic freezer storage bags with resealable tops
- Freezer tape

Allow the baked eggplant to cool before storing it. Place hot or warm eggplant in a refrigerator to chill it quickly.

Wrap the cooled eggplant slices in plastic food wrap or aluminum foil.

Freezer Storage
