How to Create Unique Facebook Tabs on Facebook Business Pages
You make your Facebook Page for your business or product stand out with custom tabs. When you install Facebook apps from other developers on your page, many times they will automatically add a tab. But when you want to add a tab with your own unique content and images, you will need to install the Static FBML app. Once installed on your page, you can easily add a new tab with text and HTML code.

Log in to your Facebook account and go to the Facebook Business Page you want to edit. Make sure you have administrator privileges for the Facebook Page.

Click the "Edit Page" link on the left side.

Scroll down to the "Applications" section, locate the "FBML" app and click the "Application Settings" link.

Click the "Add" link next to the "Tab" option. If you want, you can click the "Remove" link for the "Box" option. Sometimes the boxes feature looks tacky on professional or business pages. Click the "Okay" button when done.

Type in the tab's display name in the "Box Title" field.

Type in your text or copy your HTML code in the empty "FBML" box. Keep in mind when designing your tab, that the content on it can only extend to a width of 520 pixels. Anything above this pixel count will be automatically trimmed by the Facebook platform.

Click the "Save Changes" button when you are finished creating your custom tab.

A basic knowledge of HTML coding will help your unique tabs stand out when fans and visitors go to your Facebook Business Page.
Use images to grab the page visitor's attention. Insert images with the HTML img tag.
