How Can I Mass Follow on Twitter?
Twitter is a social media tool that allows you to get sound bytes of information from friends, family, acquaintances and business contacts. You may wish to mass follow certain lists of users, like people with the same interests or business needs as you. While Twitter doesn't allow you to mass add people from within your Twitter account, there are many free tools available on the Web that will help you mass follow or unfollow users.

Download and install Twiping. Twiping is a utility that runs on your desktop and allows you to mass follow -- and mass unfollow -- Twitter users. You can create lists of hundreds of users and follow targeted and relevant users in a single click. The application also allows you to identify users who have stopped following you, and identify followers who you aren't following.

Join Tweetspinner, a Web-based application that helps you find quality Twitter users to follow. You can also mass unfollow Twitter users, identify spam and abandoned accounts, use a scheduler to archive all messages to your account and schedule rotations of your Twitter designs and profiles. Tweetspinner is free, but in order to use it, you must sign up for their mailing list.
