How to Add New Folders in Windows Vista Explorer
Windows Explorer in Windows Vista lets you navigate the contents of your computer in a user-friendly window. Windows Explorer lets you dig down to a specific folder or drive and then displays the contents of that folder or drive in the right side of the window. Windows Explorer also keeps certain user settings in place, such as those related to the Windows Vista taskbar. You can also create folders within Windows Explorer if you are navigating your computer using the program, rather than closing Windows Explorer and navigating to the location to create the folder.
