How to Rip Audio From a DVD With SmartRipper

It is possible to rip the audio from a DVD without the video content, using SmartRipper. SmartRipper is a DVD-ripping application that can extract a movie from disc without all of the additional content, such as menus, advertisements, and bonus features. You might want to rip only the audio from a DVD if you are wanting to create music files from a live performance or if you want the audio for sampling purposes. SmartRipper can be configured to rip only the AC3 audio files in less than two minutes.
