How to Remove the Java Development Plug-in in Mozilla

Java is a small program installed on Web browsers for image, video and game display and interactivity. Most browsers enable Java settings by default. If you access a website that requires Java and you don't have it or the version that you have is not current, your browser will prompt you to install or upgrade Java. The Java plug-in installed on Web browsers, including Mozilla, is part of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE).
