How to Reset the Junk Email Filters in Outlook 2003

The junk email filter is a feature of Microsoft Outlook 2003 that automatically detects emails that appear to be spam and places them in a "Junk" folder. Outlook enables the junk email filter by default and sets it to the security level of low. Users then have the ability to set specific rules and filters to block additional emails from entering the inbox. Reset the junk email filters to the factory default settings if you no longer wish to run custom junk email filter rules.
