How to Log on Using FTP in MetroCast

MetroCast Communications is a provider of Internet, digital cable and telephone services. The company is based in Belmont, New Hampshire, and serves several communities around the United States. Metrocast provides its Internet account customers with free personal Web space on its servers. Customers can use this space for their personal websites, storage or email. Access to the personal Web space is provided through FTP, a protocol used to transfer files between computers over the Internet. If you don't know your FTP information, contact MetroCast's tech support department for assistance.
