How to Relight the Pilot on a Kenmore Gas Stove

Kenmore gas stoves are sold with a wide variety of features, including high-powered burners, sealed cooktop surface, cast iron grates, push knob controls and a variety of possible cooking temperatures. However, no matter how sophisticated the stove may be, if the pilot light goes out on the stove, none of the features will work. Relighting the pilot light on a Kenmore stove is fairly easy to do, but note that the process should only be performed by an adult. Does this Spark an idea?
