Microsoft Office includes a variety of software applications designed to help with almost any business endeavor. Many of its uses also carry over into home use, such as its email client Outlook. This program's easy-to-use interface keeps emails and other information neatly organized. If you've been using the program for a while, you know that large amounts of saved email messages can make it difficult to find an email with a specific date.
Start "Outlook" as you normally would.
Click the folder you want to search. You should see the instant search bar at the top of the window.
Type in the range of dates you'd like to search for. For example, if you want to find all received messages in the month of June of 2010, you would type "received:6/1/2010 .. 6/30/2010" without the quotation marks.
