How to Forward a Phone Call
If you want to avoid missing an important call, you can forward your calls to a phone number that you will be able to access throughout the day. Call-forwarding is a feature that comes standard on most landline and cellphone services, and it is easy to activate.

Dial "*72" from the landline or mobile phone from which you would like to transfer your calls. If you have a rotary phone, dial "1172."

Dial the number that you want to forward your calls to immediately after dialing "*72."

Listen for a confirmation tone to notify you that the call-forwarding feature is active before you end the call.

Dial "73" from your landline phone, "*720" from your mobile phone or "1173" from a rotary phone to deactivate the call forwarding feature.

Listen for a confirmation tone to notify you that the call-forwarding feature has been deactivated before you end the call.

Tips & Warnings
Call-forwarding is not available on all phones. If your phone service does not come with this feature, contact your telephone provider and ask to subscribe to the service.
