Instructions

    • 1

Brew 1 ¼ cup high-quality tea leaves with 8 cups of hot water. Follow your tea's directions for proper water temperature and brewing length. Visit the website TeaSource for a list of common tea varieties and their ideal brewing times and temperatures.

    • 2

Strain the tea concentrate into a glass pitcher or jars. Add your desired sweetener or flavor syrup to taste, if desired, to save time when you make the lattes. You can also add the sweetener and syrup when you make the latte, but dry or viscous sweeteners won't dissolve well in iced lattes.

    • 3

Fill a mug or glass 2/3 full of tea concentrate and add hot milk to make a tea latte. For an iced latte, pour the tea concentrate over ice and add cold milk.
