How to Put Videos on a Zune
Microsoft's Zune media players allow you to listen to music, watch videos and view photos while on the go. The device uses the Zune Desktop application to manage the content stored on the device. If you want to put a video on a Zune, you can do so with this program in a few simple steps.

Double-click the Zune Desktop application icon to launch the application. Click the "Settings" option followed by the "Software" option. Click the "Collection" option to view the collection settings.

Click the "Manage" button next to the "Video" option. Locate the video file you want to add to your Zune collection on the computer's hard drive and double-click the file to add it to your Zune collection.

Connect the Zune to the computer via the USB connection cable that came with the device. Click the "Collect" option, followed by the "Video" option in the Zune application window.

Click the video file you added to the Zune collection in Step 2 and drag the file onto the Zune. Allow several minutes for the file to transfer onto the Zune. Once the file is finished transferring, it will be playable on the Zune device.
