How to Unblock Internet Explorer Content Advisor
The Web browser Internet Explorer incorporates a feature called Content Advisor that allows you to restrict the type of websites that other users can access. This feature also allows you to manually specify websites that you wish to block or allow access to. The Content Advisor can easily be disabled.

Launch the Internet Explorer browser by clicking on the application's shortcut in your Windows Start Menu. (Access this menu by clicking the "Start" button on the lower-left-hand corner of the screen.)

Click on the "wrench" icon at the top right of the screen and select "Internet Options."

Click on the "Content" tab. Click the "Disable" button under the "Content Advisor" category. Type your Content Advisor supervisor password and click "OK."

Launch the Internet Explorer browser by clicking on your Windows Start menu and selecting the "Internet Explorer" shortcut.

Click on the "wrench" icon and click "Internet Options."

Click on the "Content" tab. Click the "Settings" button under the "Content Advisor" category.

Type your Content Advisor supervisor password in the box. Click "OK."

Click on the "Approved Sites" tab and type the address of the website you wish to unblock in the field under "Allow this website:". Click on the "Always" button to always allow users to visit that website, regardless of its content.
