The LegalZoom site talks you through each step in the process and produces paperwork that is required by your state.

      Enter your email address and a password. Re-enter your password to ensure they match. Click "Continue."

      Choose the state you are filing in from the appropriate drop-down menu.

      Answer the questions to determine if you qualify as an uncontested divorce. Click "Save and Continue" to proceed.

      Fill in all of the requested information as you go. Click "Save and Continue" at the bottom of each page to continue to the next one.

      Choose your shipping method. Standard shipping is included in the price. Overnight shipping costs an additional $19.95 as of 2011. Click "Continue."

      Fill in your shipping information and your method of payment. Click "Agree and Place Order."

      Follow the filing instructions included in your packet when you receive it. LegalZoom finishes and mails your completed papers within five to seven business days.
