How to Change a Comcast Username & Email Address

Go to the Comcast website. Sign in to your account by click the "My Account" tab in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Sign in using your Comcast ID or email address and password. Once you've signed in, it will bring you to the personalized version of the web page.

Select "My Account" on the third row down on the far right side.

Click on the link "Change My User Name/Email". You will be brought to the page with guidelines and requirements on changing your username.

Select the email address you want from the drop down menu at the bottom of the page.

Type in your desired username in the "Requested User Name" box. This will be your new email address if it is not in use. Then click "Update" to change your username permanently.
