How to Edit the Size of Pictures
Sometimes it's necessary to edit the size of a picture before uploading it to a website or sending it by email. Reducing the size of a picture also decreases its file size, allowing you to send the file faster to a web server or to another computer. All versions of the Windows operating system include a basic graphics editing program, Paint. You can edit the size of a picture in Paint in just a few steps.
