How to Cook Boneless Bottom Sirloin Steaks
Bottom sirloin steaks are boneless pieces of meat that come from the upper hip of a cow. Bottom sirloin is flavorful cut, but is not as tender as top sirloin. Tenderize the meat by marinating it overnight in a mixture of spice and oil, which will moisturize the steaks prior to cooking. Cook the steaks just until done. An overcooked bottom sirloin steak will be as tough as leather. Does this Spark an idea?
