How to Bathe With Lemurian Crystals
Lemuria is thought to be an ancient civilization which inhabited our earth eons ago. Those who adhere to faith in Lemuria tend to align with earth-centric belief systems and efforts toward higher consciousness. The Lemurian crystals were discovered in Brazil in recent years, and claims have been made regarding their divine attributes. These crystals can help raise your vibration, center your intuition, and guide toward healing at many levels of consciousness. - Cleared Lemurian crystals
- Bathtub or spa with hot water
- Dead Sea or other mineral salts
- Towel

Draw a bath. Use water as hot as you can stand and have your crystals nearby. If you are going to use candles, incense or both, light them.

Add the Dead Sea or other mineral salts to the bath water. Add at least two cups and preferably more, as the salts are crystals, too, and help amplify reception.

Get into the hot bath and bring the crystals into the water with you. If you only have one Lemurian seed crystal, hold it in your hands as you continue, or lay it upon each chakra area. If you have seven crystals, place them over each chakra center.

Close your eyes and meditate in the silence. Set your intention for clearing unwanted or negative energies, and for healing any part of your body or mind that you wish to work on. Call in Archangel Raphael for healing, or Archangel Michael for guidance and protection. Request the presence of any of your personal Saints or Guides. If you recite mantras, do them silently as you move into the meditation. Offer prayers of gratitude and unity.

Move into deep meditation and use your intuition to listen to any answers that come with the assistance of the Lemurian crystals, the angels and guides. Specific questions may be asked, but wait in the silence of the hot bath, until you feel your session is complete.

A Lemurian crystal can be used to communicate to other quartz crystals. Exit the bath, if it becomes uncomfortable, too cold, or you feel you have received all you need for the time being. Drain the tub after removing the crystals.

Store the crystals on your altar or sacred area designated for such work, until the next time you wish to use them. Offer a prayer of thanks each time you work with them.

Tips & Warnings
Lemurian crystals may be too expensive or unavailable to buy in large numbers. You may do this same kind of bath with any type crystal, but if you have at least one Lemurian seed or other crystal, you may ask that it communicate to the other crystals before bathing.
Make certain that each crystal you use has been cleared properly. Some people do this by leaving them outdoors under a full moon, or by placing them in sea-salt water, or rinsing in the ocean. Clearing with thought and intention is acceptable if you have advanced skills in doing so.
Some people enjoy listening to high vibration music during baths, however when working with these crystals the music could become a distraction or interference. Intuit what is best for you.
Take care not to scald your body. Test the water of any bath or hot-tub before climbing in.
Avoid dictating expected outcomes to your crystals -- let them communicate the information they wish to reveal.
