If this is your first time using the machine, or if the pan is dirty from the previous use, wash the pan thoroughly with soap and warm water before using.

Place the baking pan onto your counter top. Measure the ingredients from the recipe and place them into the baking pan in the order and fashion outlined in the recipe. Once the ingredients are inside, pick up the pan and reinsert it into the machine. Close the lid of the machine, making sure it locks into place.

Press the "Select" button on the front of the machine to choose the program corresponding to the type of bread you wish to make. The program will be displayed on the screen and change when you press the button. Choose the program type outlined in the recipe. Press the "Start" button to begin the bread making process. The machine will mix and knead the dough automatically. If you selected a cycle with baking, the baking will begin automatically. If you wish to insert raisins or nuts into the dough, wait until the machine beeps eight times in the middle of the kneading cycle, then open the lid and insert the ingredients. Close the lid once again.

    • 5

Wait for the machine to emit one long beep, indicating the bread or dough is finished. Press the "Stop" button and open the lid of the machine. Remove the pan, using an oven mitt or heat glove and place it in a location for cooling. If you are just making dough, you can remove the dough and continue with your baking.
