How to Reset a One Touch Tribe

The Alcatel One Touch Tribe OT-800 is a tri-band Global Systems for Mobile Communications cellular phone. The phone features a QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth, a two-megapixel digital camera, an FM radio, a speaker phone and text messaging capabilities. If you own an Alcatel One Touch Tribe OT-800 and want to restore the phone to its original factory settings, you can perform a hard reset.

Instructions

1. Power on your Altel One Touch Tribe phone.

2. Press and hold the "#" key on your phone's keypad.

3. Press the phone's power button while continuing to hold the "#" key.

4. Release both buttons when the phone powers off. The phone will automatically reset and power back on.

Tips & Warnings

• Resetting the phone will erase all information and settings from the phone.
