You can use Skype video chat to hold meetings with multiple people in different locations. This can save your business time and money, because you do not have to pay for air travel to fly to a central location. By getting a subscription to Skype Manager with group video chat for businesses, you can use video chat for meetings.
Things You'll Need
- Skype account
- Skype Manager with group video subscription
Get a Skype Manager account and purchase a subscription for group video. A Skype Manager account is made especially for businesses and is free to set up, but a subscription to group video requires a fee. At least one person involved in the group chat needs to have a group video-chat subscription. Skype does not require all chat members to have a group video subscription. Refer to the link under "Reference" to set up an account.
Log in to your Skype account.
Call one contact that you want to join the meeting. To add another person to the video chat, click "Add Person" at the bottom of the chat screen. All people in the meeting must have a webcam to use video chat. You will see each person's video image appear on your screen as they join the chat.
