How to Reheat Corn Tortillas
A cold corn tortilla can taste a bit pasty. To reheat them and keep the flavor, you can try steaming them. The moisture will help to add the texture and smell of fresh cooked tortillas. This process can be done quickly in the microwave, but microwaves work by heating the moisture inside objects. This method may work if you are heating one or two of the tortillas, or if you are heating some store-bought tortillas you bought from the grocery store. However, if you are looking to reheat a large quantity of tortillas for a family get together, then steaming them is the best way to go. Does this Spark an idea?
