How to Draw an Asian Woman
Drawing Asian women requires special attention to eye shape and skin tone. Sometimes, women from Asia also have fuller lips. Practice drawing just the face of Asian women to begin with, because apart from their traditional clothing, their body shape will be the same as that of other women.

1
Draw the outline of the face. This consists of an oval, or egg shape, that tapers inwards slightly, towards the chin.
-
2
Sketch a cross over the oval. Make it a crucifix-style cross, as this will enable you to better position the eyes and mouth.
-
-
3
Position the eyes on the horizontal axis of the cross. This should be one-third of the way down from the top of the oval. Draw the eyes at a 45-degree angle, and give each eye an elongated, elliptical shape that pinches together into a point at either end.
-
4
Draw the mouth. Full lips are a prerequisite, so give the lips a plump, rounded appearance. Position the mouth one-third of the way below the intersection of the cross.
-
5
Add detail to the eyes. Draw a long, curved eyebrow, stretching to the edge of her face. Flick it upwards at this point to add a touch of exoticism. It should follow the shape of the eye. Add a small black dot for the pupil, and draw a circle around it for the iris. Give the woman long, curved eyelashes.
-
6
Draw a small "L" for the nose. Angle the vertical line of the "L" to the right so it appears like two-thirds of a triangle. Put the nose a third of the way below the intersection of the cross.
-
7
Illustrate the hair by drawing long, slightly curled hair. Begin the lines from the center point, at the top of the face. Bring the hair to below the face.
-
8
Color the image. Use dark brown for the hair, and use a lighter tone for the skin. Be creative and add brightly colored eye make-up - turquoise or green works well. Color the lips a dark, luscious red.
