1
Make a Halloween banner by getting creative with scraps of material, stencils, glitter and twine. Cut triangles from orange and black scraps. You can find the scraps by cutting up old orange and black clothes, linens or towels or by purchasing a piece of fabric from a local store. Attach the triangles, alternating between orange and black, to the twine. Stencil the letters for the words, "Happy Halloween" onto the same orange and black fabric. Glue the stenciled, cut-out letters to the fabric. Stick orange on black and black on orange. Hang the banner from your mantle.

Take a piece of orange felt and make a pumpkin shape out of it by using a circular stencil. Draw a pumpkin face on the front and add glue to the interior of each facial part; cover the glue-covered spots in glitter. Make a hole in the top of each pumpkin and pull a black ribbon through. Hang these pumpkins from your ceiling, railing or other high space in your house for festive Halloween decor.

Hollow out a pumpkin or a squash. Do not carve a face or any design into the pumpkin , simply empty it and clean it. Arrange dried flowers in the pumpkin and use this as your Halloween centerpiece. Arrange several gourds and smaller pumpkins around the larger pumpkin. Hollow out the smaller pumpkins and place a tea light candle in each.
