How to View Your Gtalk Block List

Finding your block list on GTalk is a simple task.

Google Talk, often referred to as GTalk, is a freeware instant messenger program first released by Google in 2005. It's open to anyone who has a Gmail account. In addition to sending messages, GTalk users can also voicemail each other, use video chat and send files across the Internet. GTalk comes with a block facility to prevent people from seeing when you're online or talking to you. If you've forgotten who you've barred on Google Talk, you can view that information on your GTalk block list.

Instructions

1. Open GTalk by clicking the "Start" button, scrolling to "Google Talk" then clicking "Google Talk" and "Google Talk" again.

2. Click the "Settings" button at its top right corner.

3. Click "Blocked" in the left panel of the screen that appears. A list of everyone you currently have blocked in GTalk will appear along with their email addresses and user names. To unblock a name, simply highlight the name and click the "Unlock" column on the right side. When complete, click the "OK" button at the bottom of the screen to return to GTalk.
