  • Click the drop-down menu under "Account Type" and select your account type (for example, No Annual Contract, Mobile Broadband or Assurance Wireless).

  • Enter your name, email, mobile phone number and your account PIN in the corresponding fields.

  • Click the drop-down menu under "Subject" and select the reason why you are contacting Virgin Mobile customer service (for example, returns, plans, coverage, phone operations).

  • Type your message in the "Your Message" text box and click "Submit" to send your customer service request to a Virgin Mobile customer rep. A rep will then contact you regarding your customer service request via email.

  • If you need to contact customer service because you forgot your voicemail passcode, you can call the Virgin Mobile customer service number or you can also dial "*VM" from your mobile device to get transferred to a customer representative who will assist you.
