Antler Case Reset Combination Lock Instructions

Save

British-owned Antler travel cases use American Transport and Security Administration (TSA) approved "Travel Sentry" locks on their suitcases, backpacks, cabin cases and other travel luggage. You might want to reset your Antler Travel Sentry lock if the someone finds out the combination or if you suspect the code is too simple to guess. To ensure the maximum level of security, the lock requires the existing three or four-digit code before programming a new one.

Things You'll Need

  • Thin-tipped object, such as a pen

Resetting the Antler Travel Sentry Shackle Lock

  • Enter your existing combination using the dials. Your code should be displayed top-to-bottom or left-to-right, lined up with the markings. The factory default is "000" or "0000." The lock should now open.

  • Twist the shackle 90 or 180-degrees away from the hole. A small ridge on the shackle lines up with a slot in the body of the lock.

  • Push the shackle downward as if you were closing it. The lock is now in the reset position.

  • Spin the dials until your new combination is lined up with the markings.

  • Lift the shackle back up, turn it back 90 or 180-degrees and lock it as normal. The new combination code should work immediately.
