How to Set Up Administrator Accounts in Windows Vista Home Premium 64

The User Accounts control panel lets you add or create users with different privileges in Windows Vista. There are two account types: administrator account and standard user account. Administrator accounts have all privileges and access available to them. Standard user accounts have limited privileges and access. Standard users can still make changes, but the changes that are permitted are restricted only to the user. If a change, such as software installation or modifying common files and folders, affects other users then standard users are not permitted to effect such a change.
