The screen is 15.4 inches with a 1280-by-800 pixel resolution liquid crystal display. The Aspire 5610Z features a six-cell Li-ion battery pack with up to three hours of battery life. The computer battery pack charges up to 80 percent in one hour. It has a two hour rapid charge system that allows you to charge the battery in two hours when powered off and three hours when using the Acer Aspire 5610Z.

Install the battery bay included with the Acer Aspire 5610Z by aligning the open battery bay with the battery. Enter the end of the battery with the contacts first and put the top surface face up. Gently place the battery into the battery bay and carefully push until it locks in place.

Plug the AC adapter into the designated port on the computer.

Plug the power cord into a power outlet. Continue to operate your computer while charging the battery or charge your battery with the power turned off to recharge it rapidly.
