How to Make a Fashion Heart Pendant

Wear your heart close to you.

Fashion offers many ways to express yourself. Wearing jewelry is one way to offer a glimpse into what you're about. Wearing a heart pendant is a lovely way to express the caring side of yourself. Make a heart pendant and wear your heart close to you.

Things You'll Need

• 22mm crystal heart bead
• 3-inch silver-plated head pin
• Two 3mm silver-plated round beads
• Round nose pliers
• Nipper tool

Instructions

1. Place one 3mm silver-plated bead on the head pin. Add the crystal heart bead and place the other 3mm silver bead on top of the heart bead. The beads must be pushed down to the end of the head pin.

2. Bend the head pin at a right angle using the round nose pliers. The beads should not have any gaps. Place the round nose pliers just above the bend. Pull the wire toward you, wrapping it around the pliers to create a loop. The wire will be facing in the opposite direction.

3. Snip the edge of the wire, placing the nipper tool inside the loop. Adjust the loop with the round nose pliers. Use the round nose pliers to grasp the loop and turn the loop so that the opening is facing in the direction of the heart. The pendant is now complete and is ready for use.
