1. Go to websites that offer online classified ads, such as Craigslist, Oodle and Backpage.

2. Click the "Post Ad" link on each page to create your ad.

3. Select the option for making a job posting and select the location and category if required.

4. Input all information relevant to your job, such as location, pay rate, hours, job description and requirements. Include contact information so prospective employees can easily contact you.

5. Click the button to submit your ad to the site. Some sites review all postings before they go live, while others will post the ad immediately.
