Instructions

    • 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

    • 2

Line a baking pan or cookie sheet with foil. The cookie sheet will catch any brownie mix overflow during baking and make cleanup easier.

    • 3

Place the tray bottom into the baking pan and then place the Perfect Brownie Pan set in the oven and warm the set for 5 minutes.

    • 4

Carefully remove the baking set from the oven. Spray the sides of the pan and tray bottom liberally with non-stick cooking spray.

    • 5

Mix brownie batter according to recipe instructions and pour into the baking pan. The brownie mix should be poured and smoothed directly on top of the tray bottom.

    • 6

Spray the divider liberally with non-stick cooking spray and insert it into the baking pan.

    • 7

Place the entire baking set, still on top of the cookie sheet, back into the oven. Cook the brownies according to the length of time specified by the instructions for an 11x7 pan.

    • 8

Remove the baking set from the oven and let the brownies cool slightly for about 10 to 15 minutes.

    • 9

Using a pot holder to prevent burns, remove the divider while the brownies are warm by pulling the divider straight up and out of the pan.

    • 10

After the brownies and pan are cool to the touch, pick up the baking pan and push upward on the bottom center of the baking tray. The baking tray and brownies will detach from the banking pan, leaving you with a tray of brownies that are ready to serve and eat.

Tips & Warnings

  • Be certain to put the Perfect Brownie Pan on top of a cookie or baking sheet because there is a small hole in the bottom tray that could possibly cause a small amount of brownie mix to leak into your oven.

  • When spraying the pan with non-stick cooking spray, spray very liberally and make certain to cover all surfaces that could come in contact with the brownie mix.
