Easiest Way to Remove Bread From a Bread Machine
Since all the ingredients are mixed together in the pan when you bake bread with a bread machine, the pan can't be greased like a traditional bread pan. The bread pans in bread machines usually have a nonstick coating, which helps the baked bread slide out. Timing, however, has a lot to do with whether your loaf sticks to the bread machine pan. If you wait too long -- or not long enough -- you're more likely to wind up with bread that sticks. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need

1
Spray the bottom and sides of the pan with nonstick cooking spray if you're making a batter for quick bread only. Yeast breads don't require the pan to be greased before adding the ingredients.
-
2
Lift the pan out of the bread machine by the handle as soon as it indicates that the bread is done. Use a potholder when lifting the pan.

-
3
Place the pan on a cooling rack and set the timer for 10 minutes.
-
4
Invert the pan over a plate as soon as the timer goes off. If the bread doesn't slide out, loosen the sides with a plastic spatula until it comes out.

Tips & Warnings
If the non-stick surface of your pan is becoming dull, rub a little bit of oil into the surface and wipe it dry with a paper towel. Very dull pans should be replaced.
Do not use a metal utensil to remove the bread from the pan, as it may damage the non-stick surface.
