Go to Skype's website. See link under "References" to go directly to Skype's home page. You can use any Internet browser.

Click "Sign In" in the upper-right corner of Skype's home page.

Enter your Skype name and password into the labeled blanks, then click "Sign Me In." Your contact list will appear in the browser. You can call or message anyone in your contact list who is online.
