How to Reinstall a Vista Startup
The Microsoft Vista operating system is shipped with several system repair tools. One such tool is the "Startup Repair" utility. The Startup Repair utility repairs Windows system files that may be corrupted or are otherwise prohibiting Windows from starting correctly. The Windows Vista installation disk may be required to use the Vista Startup Repair tool if Startup Repair is not pre-installed on your computer because you will need to boot the computer from the installation disk to access the utility.
