How to Make Jeff Hardy Arm Warmers
If you're a wrestling fan, show your enthusiasm for the sport with your own DIY Jeff Hardy costume. Whether it's Halloween, a wrestling performance or just a Saturday afternoon at the local mall, you can sport your Jeff Hardy fandom on your sleeve - literally - when you make your own Jeff Hardy style arm warmers. You only need the most basic of crafting skills to make arm warmers like Hardy's; you'll find them so quick to make that you can make several in an afternoon.

1
Cut off the sleeves of a long-sleeve T-shirt just outside the shoulder seams using a sharp pair of scissors. Cut off the cuff at the wrist, too, if there is one.
-
2
Lay the arm warmers out flat on a table and use your scissors to make cuts all up the length of the arm warmers. Start approximately 2 inches below the shoulder and make your first cut in from the left edge, going halfway in toward the center of the shirt sleeve. Move down 1 to 2 inches and make a similar cut in from the right edge. Repeat the cutting process all the way down to 2 inches above the wrist end of the sleeve, then repeat with the other sleeve.

3
Put the arm warmers on over your arms, stretching them out lengthwise from your wrist to your shoulder or as high as they will go. Watch the holes stretch out so your craft looks like Jeff Hardy's arm warmers.

Remove the arm warmers and make additional cuts, if you desire, to complete your design.

Tips & Warnings
Purchase a long-sleeved T-shirt that is a size or two smaller than what you would normally wear. It needs to fit on your arms but be snug. Typically, Jeff Hardy's arm warmers are black or white, so choose one of those colors to start.
