How to Do a Group Video Chat on Skype
Skype allow you to call from computer to computer with video chat for free. If you want to video chat with more than one other person, at least one member of the group video chat will have to have a Skype Premium membership. You can buy a day pass, or a monthly or yearly membership to Skype Premium.

Purchase a membership to Skype Premium if no one in your group already has one.

Log into your Skype account and start a video chat with another person in the group. Either you or the first person you call needs to have the Skype Premium membership.

Click "Add People" when you want to add another person to the video chat, then call the next group members. Make sure everyone who is called has a functioning webcam. Everyone will be able to see everyone else's video, regardless of who has a Premium Membership.
