How to Stop a Payment on a Debit Charge at the Bank of Missouri
The Bank of Missouri is a community bank with a long history of servicing people and businesses of Perry County, Missouri. This financial institution is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, providing FDIC insurance to all account holders. Debit card charges are processed quickly and might go through before you can stop them. If you are unable to stop a charge, you might be able to dispute it. A dispute is not a stop payment and not a guarantee that the transaction won't be paid.

Tips & Warnings
A stop payment fee applies to debit card cancellations the same as check stop payments. Confirm current charges based on you account prior to canceling the transaction to determine if it is cost-effective to do so.
