How to Become a Fan of Pages on Facebook
Fan pages on Facebook are created by an official representative of a company, product or person. While in the past Facebook allowed you to become a "Fan" of pages, the site has since changed its vernacular so that you are able to "Like" the page. Liking a page shows your interest in the content and makes it easier to access the page through your own profile. Pages you like show up at the bottom of your "Activities and Interests" section.

Search for the name of a page using the search field located at the very top of any Facebook screen. If the page you are looking for does not come up in the drop-down menu, click "See More" at the bottom. Click "Pages" in the left toolbar to narrow the results to only show pages.

Click on the name of thumbnail image of a page to open the full screen view.

Click "Like" next to the name of the page, located at the top of the screen.
