How to Add Torrents to UTorrent
UTorrent allows for the downloading and seeding of torrents (which are files used specifically with the UTorrent or BitTorrent protocols). It is considered to be one of the best torrent programs available due to its small size, its speed and its very low resource usage. UTorrent allows for many torrents to be downloaded and seeded at the same time.

Load UTorrent from the "Start" menu (accessed via the Windows-logo button on the lower-left-hand corner of the screen).

Click "File," then click "Add Torrent."

Select the torrent file that you wish to add to UTorrent. Click "Open."

Select the location you wish to save the file(s) to and ensure the "Start torrent" tickbox is checked. Click "OK" to begin downloading the torrent.
Creating a New Torrent

Load UTorrent from the "Start" menu.

Click "File," then click "Create New Torrent."

Click to select the file or directory that you wish to start seeding as a new torrent.

Enter your list of trackers (servers that facilitate communication on the network) in the input box provided.

Click the "Start seeding" tickbox if you wish to begin seeding right away.

Click the "Create and save as..." button when you are ready to create the torrent, and select a location where the torrent file will be saved to. You will then see the torrent listed in the main window; if you chose to seed start seeding straight away, the torrent will be listed as "seeding," then, when the process is done, "100%," or fully complete.

Tips & Warnings
When creating a new torrent, make sure you enter more than one tracker. This means if a tracker goes offline, people can still download the torrent.
