1 yard of bright green or pink fleece
Fabric marker
Scissors
Sewing machine (optional)
1 pieces of black felt
Fabric glue
1 plastic bone
1 plain hair barrette

Pebbles Flintstone is an adorable Halloween costume for a toddler girl. You can make a Pebbles Flintstone costume at home with little to no craft skill. All you need is some fabric and a few other craft supplies to make a homemade Pebbles costume that will wow your friends and family.
Step 1
Lay your bright green or pink felt out on a flat surface. Use a dress that fits the child you are making the costume for to make a pattern for your Pebbles dress. To do this lay the dress out on the felt, trace it with a fabric marker and cut it out. The dress doesn't need sleeves, so just trace around the shoulders and armholes.

Step 2
Put your dress together. You can either sew or glue the sides together from the hem to the bottom of the armpit. Then, sew or glue the top shoulder seam. If you don't know how to sew, use fabric glue or liquid seam.
Step 3
Cut triangles out of your black felt. The triangles should be a variety of sizes. Use your fabric glue or liquid seam to attach the triangles to your dress. Spread them out so they are all over the dress, front and back.
Step 4
Glue your plastic bone to your barrette with craft glue. As an alternative to the plastic bone, you can cut a bone from white cardboard and glue it to a barrette.
