Taking a screenshot is similar to taking a photograph; you press a specific button and a picture is taken of your desktop. You can take a screenshot of a Web page, but the image will only include what is visible on your screen. If you want a pictire of an entire Web page, you can take multiple screenshots and splice them together with a graphics program, but it is easier to use an application or plugin with full Web page capture capabilities.
Download and install a screenshot utility that offers full Web page screenshot capture (see Resources). Install the utility by dragging it into "Applications." Click the program to start it. Configure it if necessary; choose a save location, the format in which you'd like it to save screenshots and a keyboard combo that you'll press to take a screenshot.
Navigate to the Web page you want to record by typing its address into your Web browser's URL field.
Press the keyboard combo to take a screenshot, or follow the instructions on the application's website. Choose a save location if prompted, otherwise look in the save location specified in Step 1 for the saved image.
