How to Make a One-Time Home Phone Payment with AT&T


There are several ways for AT&T customers to make a one-time payment for their home telephone service. You can pay online, by telephone or mail, or in person at one of AT&T's payment centers. All of them are fast and easy.

  • To make an online payment, go to Locate the "Manage My Account" tab at the top of the page. Underneath that tab, click on the link titled "Register for Account Management." Underneath the icon titled "Internet & Home Phone," click on the blue link titled "Make a payment." Fill out the form with your personal information. Follow the step-by-step instructions to navigate through your payment options. You can pay by debit card or credit card.

  • To pay by phone, dial 1-800-222-0300. Follow the automated prompts to make a payment, or press "0" at any time to speak to a customer service representative. The representative will help process your payment via a credit card or debit card.

  • To pay by mail, simply mail a check or money order with your detachable bill to: AT&T, P.O. Box 8212, Aurora, IL 60572-8212.

  • You can pay your bill in person at your local AT&T payment center. Call 1-800-222-0300 to find the nearest payment center.
