How to Cancel My LifeScript Healthy Advantage

LifeScript, an online women's magazine, features articles covering a wide range of topics including health care, relationships, recipes and style. In addition to navigating the site to find the latest articles, LifeScript offers readers several newsletter subscription options, such as the Healthy Advantage newsletter. This newsletter contains articles, reviews and tips related to healthy living. Despite the benefits of the Healthy Advantage newsletter, some people may find it difficult to manage the influx of emails from LifeScript and other sources. Sometimes you need to scale back and unsubscribe.

Instructions

      Open the LifeScript website.

      Click the "Manage My Newsletters" link in the navigation menu.

      Enter the email you used to sign up for the Healthy Advantage newsletter. A new page opens detailing your email subscriptions with LifeScript.

    • 4

      Scroll down to the "LifeScript Newsletters" section and uncheck the box next to "Healthy Advantage." If the box is not checked, you are not subscribed to that particular newsletter with the email you entered.

      Click the "Update Information" button to cancel your subscription.

Tips & Warnings

  • LifeScript states that it takes a day or two for your subscription changes to be processed.
