How to Block Someone's Cell Number From Sprint

As of December 2010, Sprint customers can block calls to and from landline and cell phone numbers. The call blocker feature is one of the standard services available to customers. When someone on your blocked list calls your phone number, the caller will be informed that you are currently not accepting calls. You can block incoming calls to your Sprint cell phone through your online account.

Instructions

      Open a web browser and access the Sprint website. Log in to your online account using your user ID and password. If you do not have an account, register by clicking "Sign Up." You will need to provide your mobile phone number and address during registration.

      Click the "My Preferences" tab to access the settings for each line on your Sprint account.

      Scroll down to the "All About My Account" section and click "Block Voice."

      Click the icon for the Sprint mobile number you want to block.

      Click the "Block Only the Following Phone Numbers" radio button and enter the cell phone number to block in the indicated field. Click "Add Number."

      Click "Save" to finalize your settings. The cell number you added to the block should now appear in the "Active Block List."
