How to Change the Windows Toolbar From the Side to the Bottom
The Windows taskbar --sometimes called the toolbar -- is the bar located, by default, at the bottom of the screen. It contains the "Start" button, the open applications and the clock and date, depending on the setup on your computer. Occasionally, this bar gets moved to another area of the screen, either accidentally or by another user on the computer. Moving the taskbar back to the bottom is a quick task.
