Instructions

    • 1

Examine your Pampered Chef citrus peeler and notice that one end of the 6.25-inch tool has a gentle curve while the other has a sharp hook.

    • 2

Poke your orange with the hook end of the peeler so that it punctures the skin. Pull the hook around the orange width-wise until you make a complete circle with it. Flip the orange in your hand, puncture it again and create an second ring around the orange running around the orange from top to bottom, intersecting the first line. Make sure you have now scored the orange into four segments.

    • 3

Stick the curved end of the peeler beneath the corner of one segment and drag it beneath the peel, separating the skin segment from the juicy fruit beneath. Repeat this process until you have removed all four segments. Rinse your peeler with soap and water and enjoy your orange.
