How to Get Summon Sacks in "MapleStory"
MapleStory is an online game in which players defeat monsters to gain experience and items. Certain items are more coveted and rare than others, and one such item is the Summoning Sack. There are many different Summoning Sacks available in the game, and each has different properties. Summoning Sacks, when activated, will produce a monster that the player and any of his friends can fight in order to earn additional experience, complete quests or find rare items. Summoning Sacks are rare, and are most easily found through quest completion. The first quest with a Summoning Sack reward is described below.

First Quest with Summoning Sack Reward

Speak to Mac the Mechanic. He is located in the Toy Factory in Ludibrium.

Accept the quest "Mac the Mechanic's Maintenance Manual" by clicking "Accept" in the quest window.

Complete the quest by smashing the toy boxes in the factory until one teleports you to a new map.

Smash the toy boxes in the new map. One will release a horde of Toy Trojans.

Defeat the Toy Trojans. They will drop the Maintenance Manual.

Click on the Maintenance Manual to collect it.

Return the Manual to Mac the Mechanic. He will award you with five Toy Trojan Summoning Sacks.

Tips & Warnings
Speak to Cassandra the Fortune Teller, who is present in every town in the game. If there are any quests available to you that will award Summoning Sacks, she will inform you of them and direct you. She will also give you advice and hints as to what each Summoning Sack will do when opened.
Summoning Sacks can eventually be found as loot from defeated enemies, but not until the later stages of the game, where the enemies are extremely powerful.
